Periods Are Pricey

Millions of menstruators struggle to afford basic hygiene products. This forces many of them to use embarrassing and potentially dangerous make-shift products instead. For Menstrual Hygiene Day, we wanted to bring attention to the “solutions” menstruators are forced to come up with in the face of Period Poverty. To do this we created commercials for a few of the most commonly used and significantly more accessible “alternative” hygiene products.
